It was incredible but sadly...due to ken driving the rental at unsafe speeds, the styrofoam cooler in the truck bed exploded after we hit a rut....and our beer got warm. What a travesty! Shoot me up if you want info on stuff to do in Kodiak or if you're ever in the Miami area and have a night off! Oh, and don't be surprised if we invite you on one of our trips next year...we're leaning towards the boundary waters...Iceland...or Mt Kilimanjaro. It was great to meet you.

Carol (Eshleman) Hurst came to stay with us the other weekend with her son, and your name came up in the conversation. Imagine that!
We went on our first cruise last November. The ship was wonderful (Royal Caribbean's Nordic Empress), but the weather was the worst even the seasoned travelers on the ship had ever been on. But we had a wonderful time, and the food was out of this world.
